FREMANTLE MARKET REPORT

COMMENT

Fleece 25-40 cents dearer, skirtings 20 cents dearer, and open tops unchanged.

FLEECES

There was strong demand again for good spec, low cvh fleece here in Fremantle which helped push prices up 25-40 cents across all microns. Usual buyers topped the list with PJ Morris, Endeavour and Techwool the main buyers.

The passed-in rate for fleece was 8.8%.

SKIRTINGS

Skirtings were generally 20-30 cents dearer.

OPEN TOPS

Open tops were generally unchanged.
