COMMENT

Fine fleece up to 50 cents dearer, broader microns 10 cents dearer, skirtings 30 cents dearer, and open tops 20-40 cents dearer.

FLEECES.

There was strong demand for fine fleece, with 19.0u and finer up to 50 cents dearer. Some best style 16.5u were up to 100 cents dearer. Broader microns were generally 10 cents dearer.

The passed-in rate for fleece was 13.0%.

SKIRTINGS

Skirtings finished the day around 30 cents dearer.

OPEN TOP

19.5u and finer open tops were 20-30 cents dearer while broader microns were unchanged.
