COMMENT

Fleece generally between 5-30 cents cheaper, skirtings 10-15 cents cheaper and open tops 20 cents cheaper.

FLEECE

19.5u and finer better spec fleece were in strong demand today and were firm to slightly dearer. Some 18.5u and finer lots were 20 cents dearer compared to yesterday. However, higher cvh wools were neglected and 20 cents cheaper. 20.0u and broader microns fell around 30 cents today.

There was a relatively high passed-in rate for fleece of 41.8%.

SKIRTINGS

Skirtings finished the day around 15 cents cheaper.

17.5u and finer open tops were firm to slightly dearer, while 18.5u and broader were 20-30 cents cheaper.
