COMMENT

Fleece 25-40 cents cheaper, skirtings 30 cents cheaper and open tops 40-50 cents cheaper.

FLEECES.

The fleece market fell heavily today with prices generally 20-40 cents cheaper. 19.5u and finer were the most affected, while the relatively smaller quantity of broader wools were less affected. 

The passed-in rate for fleece was at 35.7%.

SKIRTINGS

Skirtings were generally 30 cents cheaper.

OPEN TOPS

Open tops were 40-50 cents cheaper on limited volume.
