The selection consisted of 22% ewe fleece, 34.0 to 38.0 micron, 30% early shorn and second shear, 35.0 to 38.0 micron, 30% lambs fleece, 6% clothing oddments, 5% lambs oddments and 7% miscellaneous oddments. There was keen competition with pressure still on the average style fleece and shears. Australasian carpet mills, United Kingdom and Europe main with support from South East Asia.
