North Island only selling today with 6,350 bales on offer.  The selection consisted of mainly good style second shear hoggets and second shear coarse crossbred.  There were associated clothing oddments generally average style.  There was also a limited selection of crossbred fleece good/average colour. Main competition from China and Europe with support from Australasian carpet mills and the Asian subcontinent.
