Fleece market showed little change, skirtings 30-40 cents dearer and open tops slightly cheaper.
- Fleece
There was little movement in fleeces prices today. Better specs wools across all microns remained firm, while the large offering of part-tender 18.5 micron and finer fleece was cheaper by around 20 cents.
Fleece passed-in rate of 23.5%, with high withdrawn rates again. - Skirtings18.5 micron and finer skirtings prices were around 50 cents dearer today, while 19.0 micron and broader were 20-30 cents dearer.
- Open Top17.5 micron and finer open tops 100 cents cheaper, 19.5 micron 150 cents cheaper.
