Summary

Market continues to rise.

Comment

Combined North and South Island on line sale with 3,936 bales on offer.

There was a good broad selection available of good to average colour fleece and shears as well as a limited selection of average to poor colour oddments.

Based on the limited selection from the online sales this week, the market continued the upward trajectory seen over the past months.  Main buyers were China and India with support from the Australasian mills again.

Fleece

Crossbred fleece all styles 3-4% dearer.

Shears

Crossbred shears all styles up to 2% dearer.

Lambs

Crossbred lambs good colour up to 2% dearer.

Poor colour 1-2% dearer.

Oddments

Crossbred oddments 2-3% dearer.

Lamb oddments up to 2% dearer.
