The Energy Division of our Group consists of the following activities:

T.E.C. (Total Energy Care)
This Company originates from the association with a skilled manufacturer of co-generation plants and was developed within the dismissed premises of our wool processing plant in Rieti, near Rome. Thanks to a strong team of skilled engineers, a prime location in central Italy and an efficient logistic/warehousing setup the activity of the Company quickly developed in manufacturing of small to medium size high efficiency co-generation plants powered by gas and/or vegetable oil. Today T.E.C. has developed two different lines of products:

Micro co-generators (20 KW) for domestic use or small business applications

Small to medium size co-generators (300 KW to 1 MW) for industrial applications.


Esco - T.E.C.
According to the European Directive 93/76/EC which defines "Esco" (Energy Service Companies) this company was created to promote "energy efficiency" by supplying energy (electricity, heat, refrigeration) to users, through the acquisition and the management of integrated co-generation systems. Esco - T.E.C. was the first "Energy Service Company" within our Energy Division; the strategy of our Group foresees the creation of a number of similar "Esco" companies (some of them are already in force) with the intention of promoting the development of our integrated co-generation systems and provide at the same time service and assistance to large customers requiring a wide range of supply units.

ETS
This company is specialized in the construction and management of medium/large scale co-generation plants, preferably located in urban areas in which a heating distribution network can be realized. Because of the large volume of investments involved in ETS's activity a financial institution became minority shareholder of the Company, with the purpose of supplying the necessary financial assistance.
