ALPACA Market Report
Market keeps firm, with increases on finer types.
The alpaca market in Perù keeps firm, with continues increases on the finer types (Baby & Superfine) due to local demand and exports for the US market… specially in knitted yarns & end products.
In a little more than one year, both types have increased approximately 20%.
There is still some greasy stock in the market, but we are approaching the end of the season (end March/April).
