Tax rebate increased on ssy
The Chinese Government has recently increased the tax rebate on spun silk yarn from 11% to 13%. This decision was made to support local spinners since many factories have closed during the past year.
In fact higher costs due to the Rmb appreciation, inflation and short supply of raw materials could not be transfered to the final product because of the difficult market in Europe and the US.
Tax rebate on spun silk tops was already 13% and will remain unchanged.
